The CITB-Construction Skills Site Safety Plus Courses
We are licensed through the CIITB-Construction Skills to deliver the Site Safety Plus courses which incorporate
- The One Day Health and Safety Awareness
- The Site Supervisors Safety Training Scheme Two Day Course
- The Site Safety Management Safety Training Scheme Five Day Course and the related Two Day Refresher
WHAT SUBJECTS ARE COVERED ON THE SITE SAFETY PLUS COURSES ?
The following is included in most of these courses but obviously the depth of each subject covered depends which course is attended:
- The Construction, (Design and Management) Regulations 2007.
- Legal duties and responsibilities of the various duty holders.
- Risk Assessments, Method Statements and Tool Box Talks
- The Enforcing Authorities, their role and possible actions.
- The management of the legal requirements and acceptable working practices that may be involved, for example : Working at Heights, Excavations, Confined Spaces, Electricity at Work, Welfare, First Aid, Asbestos, Fire Matters, Manual Handling, Plant and Equipment, PPE, etc
